Keep hydrated!


Do you know how much water you need a day?


Multiply 3 from your body weight, and convert the number into litres. For example,


50 kg x 3 = 150 = 1.5 litres.


So you need 1.5 litres a day!


By the way, the picture above is my favourite drink ... Kedondong Asam Boi. I usually have this drink at Alicafe Tomyam (opposite Bomba Lembah Pantai). Very refreshing. I call it my happy drink.
